At the White House, David aided the Administration’s effort to grow investment and innovation in our nation’s energy, water, telecommunications, and transportation infrastructure. He supported the turnaround of a $76 billion federal energy and transportation office. The program accelerated the growth of electric vehicles sector and utility scale clean energy market through funding the largest solar and wind power plants and Tesla. He also guided the Administration’s effort on developing public-private partnerships with Fortune 500 firms, family offices, and global asset managers including managing relationships with sovereign wealth funds.
